📝 Terms of Service

• You confirm that all form responses listed above are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You grant Alt Wave Magazine full permission to use your responses to coordinate the shoot, creative assets, and deliverables.
• You consent to receive further communication from us regarding the planning and execution of your shoot.
• You agree to attend the scheduling call at the time provided in your form or notify us promptly to reschedule.
• If you did not purchase full commercial licensing, you agree to include visible credit tags and hyperlinks across all platforms (e.g., @altwavemag, altwavemag.com) where photo/video content is used, including websites, social media, and product listings.
• If you purchased any Reels or video edits, you acknowledge that only one revision is included per Reel.
• If you purchased ad space:
  • You will receive one design revision for your ad graphic.
  • The final graphic will be printed across three consecutive issues of Alt Wave Magazine.
  • Only minor updates (e.g., QR code or hyperlink changes) will be allowed between issues.
• All purchases are non-refundable. Every dollar contributes directly to production costs. Once the shoot is executed, there are no funds eligible for refund.
