Alternative Wave Magazine does not accept refund requests of any kind for physical products. All physical products are made to order as apart of limited edition drops. Therefore, we cannot accept refunds on any and all physical orders. 

Alternative Wave Magazine does not accept refunds for any digital download items. Once a download is sent, it cannot be unsent. Therefore, we cannot accept refunds for any and all digital download items.
